Two bikers, identified as Mohammed Ansari and Mabiya Ansari, have been arrested by officials of Azad Maidan police station for allegedly abusing a cop on JJ flyover.
A complaint was filed by constable Amol Gavankar at Azad Maidan police station yesterday, alleging that the bikers tried to ride on JJ flyover despite a ban on two-wheelers. Moreover, they abused and manhandled the policeman for stopping them from riding the bike.
The arrestees have been charged under the IPC section of misbehaving with policemen and stopping a government servant from discharging duty.
