Baaghi becomes third highest opener of 2016 with Rs 11.87 crore
Surpassing predictions, Baaghi stormed the box office when it released this Friday.
While trade experts had expected the movie to get a favourable response, the Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff starrer broke records as it raked in a whopping Rs 11.87 crores on Day one itself.
The action movie now stands after SRK’s FAN at Rs 19.02 crores and Akshay Kumar’s Airlift at 12.35 crores, as the third highest opener of 2016.
Also, the film reportedly opened with a 30 percent occupancy rate which is thrice to that of Tiger Shroff’s previous Heropanti.
Certainly is a time for the makers to celebrate as critics have given the film mixed reviews as well.
