Hrithik and I were even planning to get married, Kangana tells cops

Last night, a team of Mumbai police’s Cyber Crime Cell visited actress Kangana Ranaut’s Khar residence to record her and her sister-cum-manager Rangoli’s statement.

Actor Hrithik Roshan has filed a case of impersonation against an unknown person for operating an email ID in his name. Since Kangana had exchanged emails on this ID, the Cyber Crime Cell had summoned her to record her statement.

Sources say Kangana shared details of her “affair” with Hrithik, and said that they were seeing each other for over a year and at one point had contemplated marriage. She added that Hrithik, however, developed cold feet and stopped communicating with her.

She insisted that the account Hrithik has called fake, in fact belonged to him. She said Hrithik invented the imposter theory after he decided to walk out of the relationship.

Kangana is said to have presented all the emails and photographs as evidence to the police and will be surrendering her laptop too for forensic tests.

The actress’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee was present all through the recording of her statement as also of her sister Rangoli.

Rangoli has been made a witness in the case as she had also sent a mail to Hrithik on the same email ID.
