A two-month-old puppy was brutally beaten up by unknown persons in Dharavi
In an incident that has put humanity to shame, a two-month-old puppy was brutally beaten up by unknown persons in Kumbharwada, Dharavi, yesterday morning.
The canine has sustained serious injuries and is battling for life in the ICU of Parel’s BSPCA hospital.
The injured animal was brought to the hospital by a pet lover who saw the puppy lying on the road, bleeding profusely.
“The pup is very critical. It has a broken nose and bulged eyes. We are all trying to ensure it survives,” said a doctor treating the canine.
