Chembur: Some shops forced shut, stone pelting reported
Chembur continues to remain in the eye of the storm on Wednesday, with reports of stone pelting and forceful closure of shops being reported from the area.
According to one shop owner, many others have kept their establishments shut on purpose to avoid friction and possible losses.
Chembur saw massive protests, road blockages, and rail disruptions yesterday. The protestors also destroyed property worth crores.
