1. Bollywood A-listers Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, who are making their Hollywood debut with their upcoming movies opposite Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson respectively, have reportedly auditioned for roles to star in the new Bond movie.
2. Earlier this month, Priyanka had expressed her desire to feature as the female Bond as opposed to a Bond girl. But, rumour mills suggest that PeeCee has auditioned for the role of a Bond girl.
3. On the other hand, dimpled beauty Deepika Padukone has also auditioned for the 007 movie, albeit for a different role. The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actress has reportedly auditioned for the role of an Indian girl.
4. A city tabloid has quoted a source saying, “They auditioned for different roles. PC for one where she’d have played a crucial part in the film while DP would essay an Indian girl who only appears during flashbacks, as if in a cameo.”
5. Meanwhile, both Deepika and Priyanka have finished shooting for their respective films titled ‘xXx- The return of Xander Cage’ and ‘Baywatch’ and are prepping up for their release.
