SRK and Sunny Leone start shooting for an item number for Raees

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has started shooting with the sultry Sunny Leone for an item song for his upcoming movie ‘Raees’. Although Sunny has featured in two item numbers prior to this, it will be the first time that she will be sharing screen space with SRK.
For SRK and Sunny Leone’s item number, a special set depicting a retro styled bar has been created at Mehboob Studio. The song is a modern rendition of 80’s chartbuster ‘Laila O Laida’ from the movie ‘Qurbaani’ and features over 20 dancers and 50 junior artists. The song will be shot over a four day period.
Raees is set in 1980’s Gujarat and tells the tale of a bootlegger (SRK) who is challenged by an officer of the law (Nawazuddin Siddiqui).
Produced by Gauri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, Raees is scheduled to release this Eid where it will go head to head with Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’.
