Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has filed a defamation case against Deshdrohi actor Kamaal R Khan for making inappropriate remarks about him and ‘1920 London’ actress Meera Chopra.

The notice, whose subject reads ‘willful criminal acts of defamation coupled with acts of criminal intimidation and intentional insult,’ was filed after KRK reviewed Bhatt’s film ‘1920 London’ on his YouTube channel.

KRK’s YouTube channel has over 86,000 subscribers and the review of ‘1920 London’ has been viewed by almost one lakh people till now.

The director has accused KRK of publishing and circulating false, fabricated, derogatory and misleading stories/information pertaining to him on Twitter and YouTube. Bhatt claims that the actor is trying to tarnish his name, image and reputation before the general public.

After receiving the notice, the notorious actor took to twitter to share images of the notice and continued to mock the director. In the past, KRK has had a similar run in with countless other Bollywood personalities, although most have refrained from taking legal action against him.
