Fire breaks out in a residential building in South Bombay
A fire broke out in a residential building in Mumbai’s Fort area around 10.30 am on Thursday.
The fire reportedly broke out on one of the floors of Harish Chambers building. As soon as the fire broke out, residents alerted fire officials. Four fire tenders were immediately rushed to the spot.
After a struggle of 15 minutes the fire officials managed to douse the fire around 11.10 am.
No casualties have been reported. The fire department is yet to ascertain the cause of the fire.
