No trains plying between CST-Kurla on Harbour line
Thousands of commuters returning home from work are facing harrowing time, as no trains are plying between CST and Kurla railway stations on the Harbour line.
The services were suspended after a CST-Panvel local train developed a technical glitch near Sandhurst Road station around 5.20 this evening.
As no trains are leaving from from CST on the Harbour line, commuters will now have to ply on the Main line till Kurla, and then change to the Harbour line to travel further.
It is said that a unit failure in the motor fitted inside one of the coaches caused the train to stop.
