SRK, Salman may do cameos in ‘Tum Bin 2’

Bollywood’s biggest superstars, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, extended their support to Anubhav Sinha’s upcoming directorial ‘Tum Bin 2’ by tweeting the film’s teaser immediately after it was unveiled on Wednesday.

However, according to a leading tabloid, the tweet to their 40 million combined fans wasn’t the only thing the superstars might have agreed to do to promote the film. It is speculated that the film’s producer and T-series head Bhushan Kumar might just rope in the actors for a cameo in the film.

A source close to the development told the tabloid, “Bhushan donned the producer’s cap for the first time with Tum Bin (2001) and it went on to become a big hit although it starred newcomers. So, he wants to make the sequel as big. Getting Shah Rukh and Salman to tweet about it was not a random request; he has bigger plans with them. He will most likely get them to do cameos.”

Meanwhile, the film’s director Anubhav Sinha also stated that Bhushan is close to both Khan, so he might be able to get them for a cameo. Sinha also said that Salman was the first ‘star’ to congratulate him for the success of Tum Bin when it released fifteen years ago.

SRK and Salman ended their 5 year feud last year and have been on excellent terms since then. Now that the actors are open to working with each other, many directors have tried to get them to collaborate. But, nothing has materialized till now.
