SSC student ends life after scoring low marks

1. 15-year-old Abhijeet Bansode allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a dupatta at his Kurla residence on Monday night.
2. A resident of Sabale Nagar, Abhijeet had scored 45% in his SSC board exam, which was declared yesterday.
3. Although no suicide note was found near the body, it is believed that the teenager took the drastic step owing to his low exam score.
4. Meanwhile, the deceased’s body has been taken to Rajawadi hospital and Nehru Nagar police will be recording the statements of his friends and family members.
5. Cops have registered an accidental death report. Further probe is on to ascertain the actual cause of suicide.
