25-year-old courier boy booked for molesting Thane woman

1. On Thursday, the Rabodi police arrested a youth, identified as Anthony Nadar, for allegedly molesting and assaulting a 33-year-old woman in Thane.

2. The accused, 25-year-old Nadar, often sent lewd messages to the victim. The messages contained sexual content and disturbed the victim mentally.

3. Later, under the pretext of delivering a courier, Nadar barged into the woman’s house, tried to pull her close and started touching her inappropriately. When the victim raised her voice, he fled from her house.

4. The victim approached the Rabodi police and filed a molestation complaint against the courier boy, Nadar, accusing him of mental and physical torture.

5. Nadar, also a resident of Thane, was arrested by the police on Thursday and has been booked under Section 354(A) and (D) (molestation) of the IPC.
