Matunga station, on Central Railway’s suburban network, is the latest to receive an artistic makeover under the ‘Hamara Station-Hamari Shaan’ initiative.
As part of the beautification, volunteers have painted eye-catching artwork on the station’s walls and pillars. Additionally, a large number of flower pots have also been installed in the premises.
One of the highlights of the makeover is the large portrait of Lord Gautam Buddha, which is painted on a wall near the station’s entrance.
