Unruly platform at Kurla station a cause of concern

People using platform number 4 at Kural station are at risk due to the shoddy state of the platform.
The platform (as pictured above) is unruly with ditches and holes that could lead to serious injuries, especially during the peak hour rush when commuters are in a hurry to board local trains.
Several complaints have been made, however, they have not yielded any action from the concerned authorities.
