Speeding Mercedes rams into divider at Lokhandwala

A speeding Mercedes rammed into a divider at Mumbai’s Lokhandwala area on Monday evening.
According to preliminary information, the mishap took place around 5:30 pm when the driver misjudged the turn and rammed the vehicle into a divider at the Lokhandwala backroad.

The vehicle collided with an electric pole before coming to a complete halt. The pole was partially uprooted and the front of the car was completely damaged in the collision.
The driver of white Mercedes GLA is believed to have been speeding at the time of the accident.

Since the incident took place close to the traffic police station, officials reached the spot in no time. No major traffic snarls were reported due to the mishap.
No major casualties were reported as the car’s airbags deployed on time. The vehicle, meanwhile, had not been removed from the road as of publishing this report.
