Priyanka’s mom Madhu Chopra lashes out at ex-manager, calls him ba***rd

After popular television actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide on Friday, superstar Priyanka Chopra’s ex-manager Prakash Jaju yesterday alleged that the ‘Quantico’ actress had tried to commit suicide multiple times during her struggling days.
By making the claims, Jaju invited the ire of not just PC’s among fans, but also her mother Madhu Chopra.
Priyanka’s mother took to Twitter and lashed out at Jaju. She tweeted, “That lying bastard spent time in jail…..his mother and father fell at PC’s feet begging forgiveness.”
A few years ago Jaju had dragged Priyanka to court claiming she had not cleared his dues. The actress’s father countered with a case against the former manager on terms of breach of privacy following which Jaju spent 67 days in jail.
Even yesterday Jaju targeted Priyanka, and in a series of tweets he claimed the desi girl was very vulnerable during her struggling days. “PC may look very strong now but she was also very vulnerable in struggling days, tried to commit suicide 2-3 times but I managed to stop her,” he tweeted.
He also tweeted that once after her fight with former boyfriend Aseem Merchant, Priyanka drove to Vasai area to commit suicide, and that it was he who managed to convince her to not do so.
Jaju claimed Priyanka, who was very close to Aseem’s mother, tried to jump off the building after his mother’s death in 2002.
He also wrote that Priyanka was then tied to a chair until grills were fitted on all the windows of the flat.
